Building
Bridges & Growing Community
"My name is Josh, and I’m running for State Representative in Connecticut’s 105th District. I've lived in Seymour for years and chose it to be my home. I’ve seen the beauty of the people and strengths of this community, but also the opportunities we have to move forward and the gaps in front of us.

Since I was a kid my time has always been centered around community, service to people, and creating space for people to be heard. I believe that leadership is not about holding onto office but instead being accessible, responsive, and connected to the kitchen table issues our neighbors are talking about.

My commitment is to bring fresh energy to our District, and give us the choice we deserve. I’ve spent my whole life bringing different types of people together, and now I plan to carry all of those experiences into this seat.

We all just want a better quality of life, and I'm ready to do my part. Its time we put a stronger Valley back in motion."
My priorities are shaped by values, conversations, and experiences I’ve had with families, seniors, business owners, parents, educators, students, and neighbors across our community.
✅ Senior & Family Relief
✅ Stronger Schools
✅ Smarter Development
✅ Lower Costs
✅ Utility Accountability
✅ Mental Health
✅ Nonprofit Support
I’m focused on practical relief, stronger schools, responsible development, lower everyday costs, and better support systems for people who too often feel left out of the process.
Blending Real-Life &
Real-World Leadership
Josh has spent over ten years working in areas of business operations, media, and helping companies grow. He studied criminal justice and psychology, which helps him understand how people think and communicate, even in Spanish. In his career, he’s managed large networks, budgets, and worked directly with top executives in Healthcare and Education. He’s known for taking complicated problems and breaking them down into clear, practical solutions, while bringing people together to get things done.

Josh's mindset comes from how he was raised. He grew up in a family built on hard work, consistency, and showing up. His grandfather came to this country from Portugal and built a life through dedication and persistence, while his father served in the military and later retired after years of service. Those influences shaped how Josh approaches everything—stay disciplined, work hard, and earn what you build.
